INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧅 1/2 stalk scallion
- 🍄 1/2 pack maitake mushroom
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Enough sliced chili pepper
PASSI
Chop scallion roughly, separate maitake mushroom into bite-sized pieces, and slice garlic thinly.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, season both sides with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place chicken skin-side down, and cook until browned. Flip chicken, add maitake mushrooms, cover, and cook on low heat for 3–4 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken and mushrooms, keeping the oil.
In the same pan, sauté scallion and garlic over low heat until fragrant. Add sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili pepper) and stir. Serve chicken on a plate and pour the sauce over.
