INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (300g)
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Italian parsley to taste
Aurora Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥚 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
PASSI
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Separate the broccoli into small florets and cut the potato into bite-sized pieces.
Boil the potato in a pot with enough water to cover it for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the broccoli and boil for another 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3 minutes, flipping occasionally. Cover the pan and steam for another 3 minutes.
Uncover the pan, add the boiled vegetables, and stir-fry until they develop a golden color. Transfer everything to a bowl.
Mix the cooked ingredients with the Aurora sauce (ketchup, mayonnaise, sugar, and salt) in the bowl.
