INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (200g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (180g), peeled and diced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (70g), diced
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough all-purpose flour for coating
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 💧 50cc water
PASSI
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season both sides with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Peel and dice the potatoes, then soak briefly in water and drain. Dice the carrot.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken, potatoes, carrots, and corn, and sauté until the chicken is browned.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, and water), cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Remove the lid, add butter, and mix until melted. Serve on a plate.
