INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍜 1 serving cooked udon noodles
- 🍗 125g chicken thigh
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 300ml water
PASSI
Cut the boiled egg in half lengthwise.
Cut the chicken thigh into small bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and chicken. Heat over medium heat until boiling, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Add the udon noodles and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve in a bowl, top with boiled egg halves, and garnish with chopped green onions.
