INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 8 chicken wings (480g)
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), diced
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (125g), florets
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Additional Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
PASSI
Dice potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Drain. Separate broccoli into florets. Mince garlic after removing its core.
Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add chicken wings and cook until browned on both sides. Add potatoes and stir until coated with oil.
Add broccoli, mix lightly, then add sake, consomme, remaining olive oil, and salt. Cover and steam over low heat for 20 minutes.
