- 2 chikuwa sticks
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 🧅 10cm minced green onion (30g)
Negi Salt Sauce
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of black pepper
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
PASSI
Trim the ends of the cucumber, lightly smash it with a rolling pin, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mince the green onion.
Slice the chikuwa diagonally into thin pieces.
In a bowl, mix the minced green onion with the Negi Salt Sauce ingredients. Add the chikuwa and cucumber, then toss to combine.
