- 2 tbsp dried wakame

- 120g grated daikon

- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Shichimi togarashi to taste

Slice the chikuwa into rings. Rehydrate the dried wakame in plenty of water and drain well.

Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water.

In a bowl, mix the chikuwa, wakame, grated daikon, and ponzu sauce. Serve in a dish and sprinkle with shichimi togarashi.
