- 🍗 3 pieces chicken breast
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grape seed oil
- 🥬 1 small lettuce
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 1 pack radish sprouts
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 medium minced onion
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
PASSI
Marinate chicken breast with salt, pepper, and cooking wine for 30 minutes. Prepare vegetables while marinating.
Mix the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, onion, green chili, red chili) in advance.
Pat dry the marinated chicken with paper towels. Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
Coat the chicken in flour first.
Dip the chicken into the beaten egg mixture.
Press breadcrumbs onto the chicken firmly to create a solid coating.
Heat grape seed oil in a pan over low heat. Add the chicken and cover the pan. Fry for 5 minutes, then flip and fry for another 5 minutes with the lid on.
Place fried chicken on a rack to drain excess oil. Meanwhile, tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and slice green onion thinly. Arrange on a plate.
Slice the fried chicken and place it on the vegetable bed. Spoon the prepared sauce over the chicken and garnish with radish sprouts.
