INGREDIENTI
Filling
- 150g ground pork
- 50g chives, chopped
Dough
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 💧 60ml water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Cooking
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
PASSI
In a bowl, mix the flour and water until combined. Knead until smooth, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest for 10 minutes.
Chop the chives into 5mm pieces.
In another bowl, mix ground pork, chives, and all seasoning ingredients until sticky and well combined.
Divide the dough into 4 portions. Flatten each into a 10cm circle, place 1/4 of the filling in the center, and seal tightly. Repeat for all portions.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the pancakes seam-side down, press lightly, and cook for 3–4 minutes until golden. Flip, flatten slightly, cover, and cook on low heat for 6–7 minutes until the filling is cooked through.
