INGREDIENTI
Noodles
- 🍜 2 frozen udon noodles
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Liquid
- 💧 500cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- to taste black pepper
PASSI
Slice the green onion diagonally and cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
In a pot, add water, sake, and chicken. Bring to a boil over medium heat, skim off any foam, then add green onion, salt, and chicken stock powder. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add frozen udon noodles and cook until softened and heated through.
Serve in bowls and drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle black pepper on top.
