INGREDIENTI
Grains
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🥩 150g pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Liquid
- 💧 Water, as needed
PASSI
Julienne the carrot, trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms, and separate them into small clusters. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Place the soaked rice into the rice cooker. Add sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Pour water up to the 2-cup mark and mix well.
Add the pork belly, carrot, and shimeji mushrooms on top of the rice. Mix gently and cook as usual in the rice cooker.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.
