INGREDIENTI

- 🎃 350g pumpkin, peeled and sliced
- 🌱 6 green beans, trimmed
Meat
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Noodles
- 40g vermicelli noodles
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock granules
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 💧 200ml water
PASSI
Prepare the pumpkin by peeling and slicing into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the green beans and cut them into halves if desired.
Soak the vermicelli noodles in warm water until softened, then drain.
In a bowl, mix chicken stock granules, oyster sauce, sake, sugar, soy sauce, and water to create the steaming sauce.
Layer the pumpkin slices, beef, green beans, and vermicelli in a steaming dish.
Pour the steaming sauce evenly over the layered ingredients.
Steam the dish over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the pumpkin is tender and the beef is cooked through.
