INGREDIENTI
Fish
- 🐟 3 pieces yellowtail fillet (180g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/3 stalk white part of green onion
- 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms (100g)
- 🌿 20g cilantro
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍶 3 tbsp sake
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Sprinkle salt on the yellowtail fillets and let sit for 5–10 minutes. Pat dry and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Slice the white part of the green onion diagonally and soak in water for 10 minutes. Drain. Trim the enoki mushrooms and separate them. Cut cilantro into 3cm pieces.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil to prepare the sauce.
Place a heatproof plate in a large frying pan. Arrange the yellowtail fillets on the plate, top with enoki mushrooms, and drizzle sake over them. Add 1cm of water to the pan, bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and steam on low heat for 5–6 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate, pour the sauce over the fish, and garnish with cilantro and green onion.
