INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g minced pork
Vegetables
- 200g chopped cabbage
- 🥕 50g sliced carrot
- 🧅 15g minced green onion
Noodles
- 50g vermicelli
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings for Meatballs
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Soup Base
- 500cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
PASSI
Cut the cabbage into 2cm strips, slice the carrot thinly, and mince the green onion.
Mix minced pork, green onion, and meatball seasonings in a bowl until sticky.
Bring the soup base ingredients to a boil in a pot, then scoop spoonfuls of the meat mixture into the pot to form meatballs. Remove any foam and add cabbage and carrot. Cover and simmer for 6-7 minutes.
Add vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
