INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🐚 150g clams (purged)
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 turnips, peeled and cut into 6 pieces
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Liquids
- 💧 100cc water
Condiments
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Peel the turnips and cut them into 6 pieces each. Chop the turnip leaves into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
In a frying pan, add the turnips and water. Heat over medium heat, cover, and simmer for about 3 minutes until the turnips are tender.
Add the clams, cherry tomatoes, turnip leaves, garlic, and olive oil. Cover and steam for about 3 minutes until the clam shells open. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
