INGREDIENTI
Wrapper
- 1 pack (25 pieces) gyoza wrappers
Meat
- 150g minced pork
Vegetables
- 1/3 bunch chives, chopped
- 1/8 head cabbage, chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Chop the chives and cabbage into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix minced pork and seasonings until sticky.
Add chopped chives and cabbage to the pork mixture and combine well.
Place filling in the center of a gyoza wrapper, moisten the edges with water, and fold into pleats to seal.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, arrange gyoza, and cook until the bottom is golden brown. Add water to cover the pan's base, cover, and steam until water evaporates. Drizzle sesame oil and cook until crispy.
