INGREDIENTI
Pasta
- 🍝 200g spaghetti
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Meat
- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 100ml water
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, to taste
- 🧀 Grated cheese, to taste
PASSI
Mince the onion and garlic. Remove the garlic core before mincing.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add ground meat and cook over medium heat until browned. Add minced onion and sauté until softened.
Add canned tomatoes and seasonings (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and water). Mix well, cover, and simmer on low heat for 8–10 minutes. Remove the lid and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
Boil spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and mix with butter while hot.
Plate the spaghetti, top with meat sauce, and garnish with parsley and grated cheese.
