INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🍖 2 slices ham
- 1 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp salad oil
Dressing
- 🍶 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🍋 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🌰 2 tsp sesame oil
PASSI
In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, and salt. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with salad oil, pour in the egg mixture, and cook until the surface dries. Flip and cook briefly.
Cut the cooked egg, cucumber, and ham into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil).
Place bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool slightly, then plate the bean sprouts and top with egg, cucumber, and ham. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
