INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🌭 4 sausages
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 ear of corn (200g)
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Black pepper to taste
Oils
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
- Parsley for garnish
PASSI
Cut the corn kernels off the cob and separate them.
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces, soak in water, drain, and microwave in a heatproof container for 4 minutes at 600W.
Slice the garlic clove in half lengthwise and crush it.
Slice the sausages diagonally in half.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant, then add the potato and stir-fry over medium heat until lightly browned.
Add the corn, sausages, and sake, cover with a lid, and steam for about 1 minute.
Season with salt and black pepper, and stir-fry over high heat until the liquid evaporates. Serve and garnish with parsley.
