INGREDIENTI
Main
- 100g canned corned beef
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Soak them in water and drain. Slice the onion thinly, sprinkle with salt, let sit for 10 minutes, then rinse and drain.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes until soft. Mash the potatoes.
Once the potatoes have cooled slightly, add the onion and mix. Then add the seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise, vinegar, curry powder, salt, and pepper) and combine well.
Add the corned beef, mash it slightly, and mix gently.
