INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 turnips (160g), peeled and cut
- 🥬 Leaves from 1 turnip, chopped
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, halved
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200cc milk
Staples
- 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 100cc water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
PASSI
Peel the turnips and cut them into wedges. Chop the turnip leaves into 3cm pieces. Halve the mushrooms.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until the color changes. Add turnips and mushrooms, stirring to coat with oil.
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir until no longer powdery. Add water, mix, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add milk, salt, and consomme. Stir and cook until thickened. Add turnip leaves and cook for 1 more minute.
