INGREDIENTI

- 🥔 4 potatoes
- 🍅 1 tomato
- 3 tbsp starch
- 🧀 Mozzarella cheese as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
PASSI
Peel the potatoes and prepare them.
Slice the potatoes thinly using a slicer.
Mix sliced potatoes with salt, starch, and pepper in a bowl.
