Main Ingredients
- 🍗 3 chicken drumsticks
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp nurungji powder
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1.5 tsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp pear juice
PASSI
Prepare the ingredients: 3 chicken drumsticks, 1/2 green onion, 1/2 onion, 2 tbsp nurungji powder, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1.5 tsp soy sauce, 1.5 tsp sesame oil, and 2 tsp pear juice.
Boil the chicken with green onion and onion in a pot of boiling water for 6 minutes to remove excess fat.
Score the boiled chicken lightly with a knife to allow better absorption of the marinade.
In a bowl, mix the chicken with minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pear juice. Marinate for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Coat the marinated chicken evenly with nurungji powder.
Place the coated chicken on parchment paper in an air fryer. Cook at 180°C (356°F) for 7 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook for another 7 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Serve the crispy chicken hot and enjoy!
