INGREDIENTI

- 10 green chilies
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp sugar
PASSI
Wash the green chilies thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped spring onion.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (soybean paste, minced garlic, sesame oil, sesame seeds, plum extract, and sugar) in a bowl.
Combine the chopped chilies and spring onion with the mixed seasoning. Toss well until evenly coated.
