INGREDIENTI
Main
- 🍗 1 skinless chicken breast
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 🧅 15cm minced green onion
- 5g minced ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- Shredded shiso leaves as needed
- Shredded myoga as needed
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
PASSI
Lightly pound the chicken breast with a rolling pin and cut it diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
Place the chicken in a bowl, add salt and potato starch, and massage to coat evenly.
Boil water in a pot, reduce to low heat, and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes until done. Cool in ice water and drain well.
Mince the green onion and ginger. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Arrange the chicken on a plate, top with desired garnishes, and pour the sauce over.
