INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 160g beef (ribeye steak)
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 🧂 A pinch of herb salt
- A small amount of olive oil
Soy Sauce Mix
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
PASSI
Prepare the beef by placing it on a paper towel to remove excess blood for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Dice the beef into cubes and marinate with herb salt and olive oil.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil, add a pinch of salt and stir-fry the bean sprouts over high heat.
Remove the cooked bean sprouts and set them aside in a bowl.
Cook the beef cubes over high heat to your desired doneness.
In the same pan, add the soy sauce mix ingredients and bring to a boil.
Assemble the dish by placing rice in a bowl, drizzling the soy sauce mix, and topping with the cooked beef and bean sprouts.
