INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 600g cooked rice
- 4 tbsp curry powder
- 🧈 30g butter
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 150g chives
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Scrambled Egg Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
PASSI
Prepare the eggs by whisking them, wash and chop the chives, and gather minced garlic, curry powder, butter, and olive oil.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and pour in the eggs to make scrambled eggs.
Heat another pan with olive oil and sauté the minced garlic.
Add curry powder to the pan and stir well.
Add butter to the pan and let it melt completely.
Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
Add the scrambled eggs to the rice mixture and stir to combine.
Add the chopped chives and stir-fry everything together, then turn off the heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve the curry chive fried rice.
