Fish
- 🐟 140g horse mackerel fillets
Egg
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 🥚 1/2 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1 bag baby leaf greens
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
Coating
- 3 tbsp okara powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
Oil
- Adequate amount of salad oil
PASSI
Prepare the horse mackerel fillets by cleaning and patting them dry.
Mix okara powder, curry powder, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs to create the coating mixture.
Coat the horse mackerel fillets with the mixture prepared in step 2.
