INGREDIENTI

- 400g garlic scapes
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Korean soy sauce
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 300ml water
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
PASSI
Wash the garlic scapes and remove excess water. Cut them into approximately 5cm lengths.
Place the garlic scapes in a pot and add soy sauce, Korean soy sauce, corn syrup, cooking wine, olive oil, and water according to the specified amounts.
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook on high heat for about 10 minutes.
Reduce the sauce until about 2–3 tbsp of the seasoning remains.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, then turn off the heat.
