INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 4 green beans
- 200g pumpkin, sliced
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
Other
- 1 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1.5 tbsp salad oil
PASSI
Trim green beans and cut them in half. Slice pumpkin thinly.
Mince onion and microwave for 1 minute at 600W. Let cool.
Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in a pan. Cook pumpkin and green beans until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
Mix breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl. Add ground meat, onion, and seasonings. Mix until sticky. Shape into 2 patties.
Heat 1/2 tbsp salad oil in a pan. Cook patties on medium heat until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Wipe the pan clean. Melt butter and add flour. Cook on low-medium heat for 5 minutes until browned.
Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sake. Mix and simmer until thickened.
Plate hamburg steaks, pumpkin, and green beans. Pour sauce over the steaks.
