    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
    • 🥛 3 tbsp milk
    • 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
    • a pinch of pepper
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
    • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/3 tsp consomme
    • 💧 100cc water
    • 🧈 5g salted butter

Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap at 600W for 1 minute. Drain and let cool.

In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk to moisten.

Add ground meat, onion, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix thoroughly until sticky. Divide into two portions and shape into oval patties.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Push them to the side of the pan.

Add all ingredients except butter from the ★ seasoning list to the pan. Stir and simmer. Cover and cook on low heat for 8–10 minutes. Turn off heat and add butter, letting it melt with residual heat.

Plate the patties and pour the sauce over them.
