INGREDIENTI
Base
- 🌮 2 tortillas (15cm each)
Protein
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🐟 1 can of tuna (drained)
Cheese
- 🧀 70g mozzarella cheese
Seasoning
- 🌿 A pinch of parsley flakes
PASSI
Drain the oil from the canned tuna.
Place a tortilla in an oil-free pan and crack the egg onto it. Spread the egg evenly using a fork. Keep the heat low.
Add the drained tuna on top of the egg and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly. Cover the pan with a lid.
Once the cheese starts to melt, place another tortilla on top and press gently.
Flip the tortilla and cook both sides until crispy and golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the pan and place it on a plate.
Sprinkle parsley flakes on top.
Cut the pizza into slices and serve.
