INGREDIENTI
Filling
- 100g ground pork
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🥚 1 boiled egg, chopped
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Dough
- 150g pancake mix
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cooking sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Pinch of dried parsley
Cooking Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil for frying
PASSI
Mince the onion and chop the boiled egg.
Heat salted butter in a pan and sauté ground pork and minced onion over medium heat for about 3 minutes until the pork changes color.
Add cooking sake, salt, pepper, and dried parsley to the pan. Mix for 1 minute, then add the chopped boiled egg and mix. Let the mixture cool.
In a bowl, mix pancake mix, water, yogurt, and salad oil until smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 portions, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Roll each portion of dough into a 10cm diameter circle using plastic wrap. Place the filling and pizza cheese in the center, fold the dough over, and seal the edges tightly.
Heat salad oil in a pan over low heat and fry the pirozhki, flipping occasionally, until golden brown.
