INGREDIENTI
Heart-shaped Rice Ball
- 🍚 100g cooked rice
- 2 types of furikake, as needed
Ebi Mayo
- 🍤 3–4 medium peeled shrimp
- 1/2 green asparagus
- 🧅 1 tsp minced green onion
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of cornstarch
- 2/3 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise
- 💧 1 1/2 tsp water
- 🍅 1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
- Few drops of soy sauce
Pumpkin Sesame Salad
- 🎃 1 slice of pumpkin (4cm)
- Pinch of white sesame seeds
- Pinch of soy sauce
Side Dish
- 🍓 Strawberries, as needed
PASSI
Shape the cooked rice into heart shapes and sprinkle furikake on top.
Prepare the shrimp by removing the vein and patting dry. Season with salt, pepper, and coat lightly with cornstarch.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the shrimp until cooked. Add sake and let it evaporate.
Mix mayonnaise, water, ketchup, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the sauce to the shrimp and stir until coated.
Steam or microwave the pumpkin slice until tender. Mix with white sesame seeds and soy sauce.
Arrange strawberries and other prepared items in a bento box for presentation.
