INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🥔 2 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧀 1 slice of cheese
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
- 2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
- A small amount of cooking oil
PASSI
Prepare all ingredients.
Thinly slice the potatoes or use a slicer for convenience.
Mix the sliced potatoes with 2 tbsp of glutinous rice flour.
Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
Combine thoroughly to create the pancake batter.
Heat a pan and add a generous amount of cooking oil.
Spread the potato batter evenly on the pan.
Cover the pan and cook on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
