- 8 dried anchovies
- 1 sheet dried kelp
- 💧 4 cups water

Boil the broth ingredients (dried anchovies, dried kelp, and water) in a pot. Remove the kelp midway to avoid bitterness.
Add the cooked rice to the broth and simmer until the rice grains soften.
Pour in the beaten egg and stir gently to incorporate.
Season with soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and finish with chopped green onion.
