INGREDIENTI
Pasta
- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Meat
- 🥩 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍆 1 eggplant, chopped
- 4 shishito peppers
- 1/2 myoga, thinly sliced
Oil and Spices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 dried chilies
Seasonings
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
PASSI
Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces and slice the myoga thinly.
Boil water in a pot and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Heat olive oil and dried chilies in a frying pan over low heat for 1–2 minutes.
Add the eggplant to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat until softened, then remove the eggplant.
Add the beef to the same pan and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add shishito peppers, cooked spaghetti, and the seasoning ingredients (dashi powder, soy sauce, sake, sugar) to the pan. Stir-fry and mix well, then add the eggplant back in and combine.
Serve the pasta on a plate and garnish with sliced myoga.
