INGREDIENTI
Protein
- 🍗 1 pack chicken breast
- 🍤 10 shrimp
- 🥚 3 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- A small amount of garlic leaves
Condiments
- 🍅 300g tomato sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 🧀 A small amount of mozzarella cheese
PASSI
Sauté minced garlic in a pan, then add chicken breast and cook until browned.
Add chopped onion and shrimp to the pan and continue cooking. Shrimp can be omitted if desired.
Add garlic leaves and sauté together with the other ingredients.
Pour in tomato sauce and mix well. Adjust the consistency with milk and simmer briefly.
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the mixture.
Carefully crack 3 eggs into the pan, ensuring the yolks remain intact.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the egg yolks are semi-cooked.
