- 2 sheets fish cake
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 can tuna
- 3 tbsp pancake flour
PASSI
Slice the onion finely after scoring it lightly.
Julienne the fish cake into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix fish cake, onion, tuna, eggs, and pancake flour. Adjust the consistency with water if needed.
Heat oil in a pan and pour the batter. Cook on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
