- 4 sheets fish cake
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1/2 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced

- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 150 ml water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSI
Prepare ingredients by slicing fish cake into rectangles, slicing onion, and cutting green onion diagonally.
Boil water and add fish cake to extract flavor.
Add washed bean sprouts, green onion, and sliced onion to the pot.
Mix in gochujang, chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and water.
Cook until the bean sprouts soften and the flavors meld together. Finish with sesame oil.
