Main Ingredients
- 100g fish cake
- 200g udon noodles
- 🧅 30g sliced onion
- 🥛 1/4 cup milk or coconut milk
- 💧 2 cups water
Seasonings
- 🧂 3 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp curry powder
PASSI
Prepare all ingredients, slicing the onion and skewering the fish cake.
Heat olive oil in a pot and sauté the sliced onion until translucent.
Add milk or coconut milk, water, and curry powder to the pot and bring to a boil.
Once the curry is boiling, add the fish cake and udon noodles, cooking until heated through.
Season with sugar, chili powder, black pepper, and soy sauce to taste.
