INGREDIENTI
Grilled Meat Folded Onigirazu
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked rice
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 10 snow peas, julienned
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🟩 1 sheet roasted seaweed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
Spicy Avocado Folded Onigirazu
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked rice
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 4 shiso leaves
- 🟩 1 sheet roasted seaweed
- 50g mentaiko
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp concentrated soy sauce
Tuna Mayo Folded Onigirazu
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked rice
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
- 🟩 1 sheet roasted seaweed
- 🐟 70g canned tuna in oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- Pinch of salt and pepper
PASSI
Julienne the carrot and snow peas for the Grilled Meat Onigirazu.
Cut pork into bite-sized pieces and mix with BBQ sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Stir well.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry carrot until softened. Add snow peas and seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, sesame seeds). Cook until liquid evaporates.
Spread half of the rice thinly on half a sheet of roasted seaweed.
Place half of the pork and stir-fried vegetables on the rice and fold the seaweed over. Repeat for the second serving.
Mix mentaiko, mayonnaise, and soy sauce for the Spicy Avocado Onigirazu.
Spread half of the rice thinly on half a sheet of roasted seaweed. Add shiso leaves, avocado slices, and mentaiko mixture. Fold the seaweed over. Repeat for the second serving.
Prepare the Tuna Mayo Onigirazu by mixing tuna, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Mix half of the egg with consomme powder and salt and pepper. Microwave for 40 seconds at 600W, stir, and microwave for another 20 seconds. Repeat for the second serving.
Spread half of the rice thinly on half a sheet of roasted seaweed. Add egg, kaiware sprouts, and tuna mayo mixture. Fold the seaweed over. Repeat for the second serving.
