INGREDIENTI
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 2 semi-dried squids
- 25 shishito peppers
- 1 red chili
- 🧅 Some green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 Some sesame seeds
PASSI
Prepare the ingredients. Use semi-dried squid for a chewier texture and less moisture. Slice the shishito peppers, red chili, and green onion.
Slice the red chili and green onion thinly.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the green onion to make scallion oil.
Add the squid to the pan and stir-fry until half-cooked.
Add the shishito peppers and red chili to the pan.
Pour the prepared sauce over the ingredients and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish and serve.
