    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp vinegar
    • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
    • 2 tsp doubanjiang
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp sesame oil

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place chicken and seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, ginger) into a bag and massage. Let sit for 10 minutes.
