INGREDIENTI
Shrimp
- 🦐 180g peeled shrimp
Batter
- 🌾 60g flour
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 💧 1/2 cup cold water
Frying
- 🌾 Flour as needed
- Vegetable oil as needed
Tartar Sauce
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 🧅 3 tbsp minced onion
- 🌿 2 tbsp minced parsley
- 🍶 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Sauce
- 🥫 Worcestershire sauce as needed
PASSI
Prepare the batter by mixing 60g flour, a pinch of salt, and 1/2 cup cold water until smooth.
Coat the peeled shrimp with flour, then dip them into the batter.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and fry the shrimp until golden brown.
Prepare the tartar sauce by mixing chopped boiled eggs, minced onion, parsley, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over the fried shrimp and serve with tartar sauce.
