INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch chives
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil for frying
- sufficient salad oil for deep frying
- a dash of sesame oil
Wrapper
- 15 wonton wrappers
Seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 300cc water
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
Thickening Agent
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
PASSI
Cut chives into 3cm pieces and halve the wonton wrappers. Mix the cornstarch and water in a container.
Heat oil to 170°C in a pot and deep-fry wonton wrappers one by one until golden. Drain excess oil.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry ground pork until browned.
Add bean sprouts and chives to the pan, stir-fry briefly, then add chicken stock, water, soy sauce, and sake. Bring to a boil.
Stir the cornstarch mixture again and add it to the pan. Mix quickly to thicken the sauce, then add sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the fried wontons and serve.
