- 150g thinly sliced pork

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
Seasoning
- A pinch of aonori (green seaweed)
PASSI
Cut yam into bite-sized pieces. Heat a frying pan with butter and add pork and grated garlic. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add yam to the pan and stir-fry until it softens. Add sake and soy sauce, then stir quickly.
Plate the dish and sprinkle aonori (green seaweed) on top before serving.
