INGREDIENTI
Meat
- 🥩 300g beef tenderloin
Vegetables
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- some bell pepper
- parsley powder to taste
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp steak sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1/3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp rice syrup
PASSI
Cut the beef tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
Marinate the beef with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes.
Slice the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and halve the garlic cloves.
Prepare the steak sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients together.
