PASSI
Tear the baguette into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add clams and cooking wine, cover, and cook over medium heat until clams open.
Arrange baguette pieces on a heatproof dish. Pour clams, cooking liquid, salt, pepper, and olive oil over the bread. Grill in a toaster oven for 10 minutes.
