INGREDIENTI
Seafood
- 🦑 200g cleaned squid, sliced into rings
Vegetables
- 🍄 50g shimeji mushrooms, separated
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSI
Prepare the shimeji mushrooms by cutting off the root and separating them by hand. Slice the bell peppers thinly after removing seeds and stems. Thinly slice the garlic and remove its core.
Slice the squid into 1cm rings.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the squid and stir-fry quickly over medium heat until its color changes.
Add shimeji mushrooms and bell peppers to the pan, stir-frying until the oil coats them evenly. Add sake, soy sauce, and pepper, then stir quickly to combine.
